We deal primarily in perishable goods such as dairy products, cookies, biscuits, and rusks. For this reason, certain restrictions apply when it comes to refunds. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we are here to help and resolve it promptly.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Refunds or replacements are applicable only under specific conditions. If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or incorrect, or if your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Additionally, if you cancel your order within the allowed time before it is dispatched, a refund may be considered. To initiate a claim, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order ID along with clear photographs of the item in question.

Conditions Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds are not applicable if the product has been opened, used, or partially consumed. We do not accept returns for items delivered in good condition but later rejected. Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for refunds. Products stored improperly after delivery will also not qualify for any refund.
